Tazria: Impurity After Childbirth?
This week’s Parashah Point about the Torah Portion, Tazria, covers a woman’s impurity after childbirth. We look briefly at Leviticus 12:2-5 and show how it does not indicate any type of inferiority of women compared to men, but also as to a very likely reason there is a difference in the time of impurity.
